HMA Construction proudly delivered a complete renovation and build for Multi-Unit Residential, Pharmacy, and Clinic in Welland, Ontario. The project included construction for a pharmacy, clinic and 35 apartments from framing to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC to finishes, closures, and external renovations of a total of 28,000 sq.ft. Special attention was given to meeting all regulatory standards and fulfilling the client’s vision. The project was completed on schedule, providing this building with a contemporary and welcoming environment for its customers and staff.
